10 TIPS TO MOVE YOUR BODY

Here are 10 tips to move your body without feeling like you're exercising:

1.   Clean your house, cupboards, garage etc.
2.   Garden or mow the lawns
3.   Go out for a night of dancing or put your favorite CD on & dance, dance, dance
4.   Have sex frequently
5.   Do a session bowling & really swing those arms
6.   Walk the dog as often as you can
7.   Wash the car
8.   Take the stairs where ever possible
9.   Park in the furthest spot from the shops, work etc.
10. Play with your kids run, kick or throw JUST PLAY!

Fitness can be fun, it’s all about the way you think about it and your attitude. Imagine for a moment that you suddenly lost movement in your legs, all you would want is to be able to walk and run again so don’t take your health for granted. Instead get your mind-set thinking that exercise is a good thing and enjoyable. If you do it regularly not only will you get more energy, core strength and muscle tone you will also have fun.
