EMOTIONAL EATING

I recently teamed up with Aimee Serafini from Loving Food Loving Life to talk about emotional eating.

If you eat when you aren’t hungry or eat the wrong things when you are trying to be “good”, it can be maddening. And disheartening. Emotional eating is a toughie. So I am excited to be part of the summit Loving Food Loving Life with 18 other experts that explores what emotional eating is, why we do it, and most how importantly we can heal. You can register and listen to all the experts for free HERE

  • Eating too much because it’s delicious. Check.
  • Eating late at night. Check.
  • Eating to celebrate. Check.
  • Eating when I’m bummed. Check.

If you checked any of those boxes, you are probably an emotional eater. And no amount of willpower will help you (you probably already know that). Or if it does, it only lasts awhile and then you are back on the merry-go-round. If you find it frustrating, disheartening, and discouraging, then join me for the Loving Food Loving Life virtual summit where 18 emotional eating experts (including me) share why we do this and what can help us heal from it.

If you are an emotional eater, you probably feel like you are destined to struggle with food for the rest of your life. That does not have to be true! If you can learn to understand why you do it and what tools and techniques help (hint: it’s nothing to do with willpower), then you can definitely heal and be peaceful and relaxed around food. No struggle. 18 Emotional Eating experts (including me) are going to be presenting at the Loving Food Loving Life virtual event about emotional eating. REGISTER NOW It's FREE!
